Frequently Asked Questions

The most frequently asked questions about Wattman trains

If you cannot find your question, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you!

Our trains have been manufactured since 1999 in our factory located in Granby (QC), Canada.

Wattman does not produce trains in countries such as China and Turkey, despite many manufacturers who claim to do so. A train not produced in Canada is just a copy.

At Wattman we first look at quality, safety, and sustainability and only then at the price.

There are many (cheap) copies of our trains on the market, but these are often of questionable quality.

More than 70% of the components we use in the construction of our trains are produced by technologically advanced American companies and the rest are produced locally by Wattman in Canada.
